Consultation
We provide a full consultation service for our customers and involving us in a project at the earliest stage allows them to benefit from our wealth of experience.
We can advise on every aspect of the project, from the suitability of the possible design schemes through to the initial material specification decisions.

Site Visits
Although we initially work on new-build projects from the drawings, unlike other manufacturers we frequently visit the site prior to our products being delivered. This enables us to check that the building has been constructed exactly to the drawing and allows us to modify our products if has not.
Site visits are also a crucial part of our service for refurbishment projects. In order to establish the specific requirements of the project and the client concerned, we will take detailed roof measurements, core samples and take into account any plant and machinery on the roof. The existing roof build and deck type can then be accurately identified and such things as low window or door thresholds and any existing deflections, falls or backfalls can be accommodated.

Design
Once your project reaches the design stage we can again provide expert guidance. We will prepare drainage designs which incorporate the relevant thermal calculations and are compliant with current building regulations. We can also carry out a Condensation Risk Analysis and a Wind Uplift calculation, which provide you with additional information that can be submitted directly to Building Control. The result is that you are able to arrive at the most practical, efficient and cost-effective answer to your particular requirements, every time.
This can either centre on our standard range of products or on a totally bespoke roofing insulation solution which takes into consideration such things as the roof construction, the use of mitred joints, the most appropriate falls and the need for both acoustic and thermal insulation.

Production
Our high performance engineered roofing systems are manufactured here in the UK, using processes that have been refined and improved over the last 25 years. We combine high quality materials (which comply with ISO 9001 and 14001 wherever possible) with the latest in advanced manufacturing equipment with a proven system of quality control and product traceability.
Our off-site manufacturing methods produce insulation boards which offer a high degree of accuracy and reduced installation times.

Delivery
We operate a reliable nationwide delivery service that means our products are available whenever and wherever you need them. We deliver on either flat-bed, curtain-sider or tail-lift vehicles, and can phase order delivery times to suit customer requirements.

On-Site Support
Once installation begins we are on-hand to provide practical advice and guidance. We are happy to make site visits where required and we work closely with architects, contractors and end-users to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard. Combining products such as our pre-cut mitre boards with our unique packing processes also creates less on-site waste which then requires disposal.

Technical Support
We offer a full range of technical support documents which can be downloaded from this site. These cover a wide range of topics, from product performance characteristics and BBA certifications through CPD accreditations and compliance with various standards and requirements.
